Lacis

A note about Lacis:

Kaethe Kliot, the founder of this Lacis, passed from this world on August 17, 2002.

May she rest in peace and those who love her have peace. In her 38 years she was a source of inspiration, help and encouragement to those many ladies who toiled in obscurity making beautiful works of art. This is the source for lace, tools to make lace, classes and books on the various aspects of the art of the needle and thread. I can't say enough about the wonderful service they do to conserve, teach and offer resources.

It was a rare privilege to have had the opportunity to spend time with her.
